The Boot Camp Class is a component of the Jivoni's Combo Fit® (JCF®) Program. JCF® is a cutting-edge workout designed by U.S. open heavyweight kickboxing champion and professional fitness trainer Jivoni Jordan. JCF® is based on combative fitness concepts designed to help you live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether you're just starting your fitness regimen or looking to up your conditioning for competition, JCF® classes will provide a fun and challenging workout for all experience and fitness levels. The program has been used by women returning from pregnancy, Silicon Valley executives, and professional fighters.

What is Boot Camp?
We don’t call it Boot Camp for nothing! Get your muscles flexing in our indoor, all year round Boot Camp. It will get you in shape in no time with our high intensity workouts and a little “direction” from your instructor. Cardio exercises, muscle conditioning, athletic circuits, and kickboxing drills will be just a few of the fat and calorie burning challenges you’ll enjoy. Increase lean muscle mass and your endurance while listening to heart pumping music in a friendly and upbeat environment. The training is great for fitness beginners as well as hardcore athletes and adventure racers!
Age Requirements All Cardio Kickboxing Participants must be 18+ years old.

Jivoni Jordan has been involved in combative arts and sports for over 35 years. As a student, fighter, coach and teacher, some of his training disciplines include Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, San Shou, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, and Krav Maga. Jivoni is also a very accomplished combative fitness instructor and has developed his own program, JCF® (Jivoni's Combo Fit). Jivoni is also a world class fight coach and trainer with clients ranging from law enforcement officers, triathletes, NFL players, and world champion fighters.
