Jivoni's Combo Fit® (JCF) is a cutting-edge workout designed by U.S. open heavyweight kickboxing champion and professional fitness trainer Jivoni Jordan. JCF is based on combative fitness concepts designed to help you live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether you're just starting your fitness regimen or looking to up your conditioning for competition, JCF classes will provide a fun and challenging workout for all experience and fitness levels. The program has been used by women returning from pregnancy, Silicon Valley executives, and professional fighters. Our cardio kickboxing class is a high intensity fitness class that combines fighting drills from Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing. This class uses boxing gloves, punch mitts, heavy bags, and kick pads. The class will start with an overall body workout incorporating core strengthening drills, plyometrics, and various functional strength exercises. For the remaining portion of class students are typically paired together and will go through a series of Muay Thai/Kickboxing and Boxing drills during timed intervals. (Boxing gloves and focus mitts are required).


Age Requirements
All Cardio Kickboxing Participants must be 18+ years old.

INSTRUCTOR

Jivoni Jordan
Jivoni Jordan has been involved in combative arts and sports for over 35 years. As a student, fighter, coach and teacher, some of his training disciplines include Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, San Shou, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, and Krav Maga. Jivoni is also a very accomplished combative fitness instructor and has developed his own program, JCF® (Jivoni's Combo Fit). Jivoni is also a world class fight coach and trainer with clients ranging from law enforcement officers, triathletes, NFL players, and world champion fighters.
