Combo Fit is a cutting-edge workout designed and taught by U.S. open heavyweight kickboxing champion and professional fitness trainer Jivoni Jordan.
A one hour class combining Core Strength Training, Circuit Training and Cardio. You'll also learn Kickboxing and Street Fighting combatives.
Jivoni's Combo Fit is designed to help you live and
maintain a healthy and safe lifestyle. Not only will you get into great
shape, but with consistent practice you'll develop a natural instinct to
defend yourself.
When you sign up for Combo Fit, you're making a commitment with
yourself to train 3-4 days a week. Along with this
commitment, you'll be asked to set goals for yourself.
To help you achieve your goals, we'll monitor your workouts and progress,
through quarterly weigh-ins and body fat checks.
One day you might find yourself in a situation where your very existence is in jeopardy. You may have to rely solely on your abilities to protect yourself and get away.
Preparation and practice will be essential for you to stay calm and respond with confidence in a moment of intense fear.
